At Little Blooms Doula Services, I provide calm, continuous emotional, physical, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor and birth, for families planning a hospital birth, birth center, or home birth in Orlando, Florida and surrounding Central Florida communities.
My goal is simple: to help you feel informed, prepared, and supported.

What services are included
Birth Doula Support
Continuous support during labor and birth. Comfort measures, reassurance, and a steady calm presence who will help honor your wishes.
Prenatal Preparation
At least 2 personalized prenatal visits (in-home or virtual) where we will go over your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and prepare you and your partner for labor. Your preparation is supported by a binder tailored for your specific needs as well as a wealth of information. I am always available throughout your pregnancy to contact as well.
Partner Support
Practical guidance so partners feel confident, calm, and actively involved throughout pregnancy and birth.
Postpartum Support
My support does not end after baby is born. Please feel free to reach out anytime for any questions or guidance. We were never meant to mother alone. I offer a postpartum check in to debrief on the birth, bring a meal, and help you feel cared for as you settle in at home.

I believe birth unfolds best when families feel safe, informed, and supported — not rushed, pressured, or unheard.
My care is guided by grace, honoring the natural process of birth while providing evidence-based information and calm reassurance. I support physiologic birth while respecting that every family and every birth is unique.
My role is to walk alongside you, as I help you navigate decisions with confidence and clarity.
I approach birth with a deep respect for the design of the body and the sacredness of this season.
Investment
Birth support packages begin at $1,000.
A $300 deposit reserves your due date, with the remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to your estimated due date.
Payment plans are available and under special circumstances I do offer a sliding scale for families who may need it more.
